MIKTA Academic Network Conference (Istanbul, December 1, 2017)

MIKTA Academic Network Conference took place in Istanbul on the 1st of December, 2017 with the participation of representatives from MIKTA member states, officials from Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), UNDP Regional Office representatives as well as representatives from non-governmental institutions working on sustainable development, namely Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), The Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV) and OXFAM. The Agenda included the following items “Good Practices in SDG Implementation in MIKTA Countries”, “The role of Private Sector in Sustainable Development”, “Technology, Innovation and Science for Development” and “New Way of Working: Humanitarian Development Nexus”.
