MIKTA Side Event on Intellectual Property Commercialization and Technology Transfer (17 October 2022, Geneva and videoconference)

Permanent Mission of Türkiye to the World Trade Organization (WTO) organized a seminar on “Intellectual Property Commercialization and Technology Transfer” at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) headquarters in Geneva and online. The seminar was held on 17 October in the margins of Committee on Development and Intellectual Property of WIPO.

Permanent Representative of Türkiye to the WTO, Ambassador Alparslan Acarsoy delivered the opening remarks and highlighted the importance attached by MIKTA countries to the tradition of organizing events at WIPO.

During the seminar, participants from MIKTA countries shared their national experiences on intellectual property commercialization and technology transfer. WIPO experts informed the participants on WIPO’s work in this area.
